Project Insight & Automation

What you’ll do

• Build and own Power BI dashboards that provide clear, accurate and forward-looking visibility of delivery, risks and performance
• Translate complex data into simple, insight‑led outputs that support decision‑making rather than just reporting
• Identify and automate manual processes using Power Apps and Power Automate to reduce admin and improve efficiency
• Work closely with project managers and partners to understand challenges and design practical, user‑friendly solutions
• Lead the use of AI tools to streamline reporting, summarise project status and improve team productivity

• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and working with data models
• Experience using Power Apps and Power Automate to improve processes and ways of working
• Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful, commercially relevant insights
• Confident simplifying complex information into clear, concise, leadership‑ready outputs
• Proactive and solutions‑focused, with strong partner skills and a curiosity for using new tools, including AI
