Job Description:

The Technical Lead for Microsoft Power

BI and SQL will be responsible for leading technical teams in developing Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power

BI and SQL technologies. The individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data visualizations and analytical reports to support business decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor technical teams in the design and development of microsoft powerbi dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that powerbi solutions meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain sql databases and queries to support data extraction and transformation for powerbi.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of powerbi solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in microsoft powerbi and sql to enhance existing processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to powerbi implementations.
Skill Requirements
  • Proficiency in microsoft powerbi to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Strong command of sql for database management, query optimization, and data manipulation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and driving successful project deliveries.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Must Have Skills
  • MS SQL
  • Microsoft Power BI
Good to have Skills

1.Microsoft Certified
1.Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified
1.Data Engineer Associate certification is preferred but not mandatory.
