Salesforce​/SFI Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with experience of the Salesforce Industries(SFI/Vlocity) platform, within the Insurance domain.

• Strong expertise in the Salesforce Platform
  , including:
  • Sales /Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce data model and security model
  • Role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles/permission sets
  • Dev Ops, release management, and deployment processes

• Hands‑on experience with Omni Studio (Vlocity), including:
  • Omni Scripts
  • Integration Procedures
  • Data Raptors
  • Flex Cards
• Experience designing digital journeys and guided processes for insurance use cases.

• Strong experience in integration architecture and Mule Soft (Preferred).
• Experience designing and implementing:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Event‑driven and batch integration patterns
  • Real‑time and asynchronous integrations
  • Data synchronisation and middleware orchestration
• Ability to define integration patterns, error handling, monitoring, and security controls.

• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Insurance‑specific Salesforce implementations

• Familiarity with CRM Analytics
  , Salesforce Shield
  , and data governance considerations.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and integration best practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• Strong solution architecture and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to lead technical workshops and architecture discussions
• Strong documentation and governance capability

Domain Insurance . Environment :
Vlocity/Managed package environment

Ideally 1 to 2 days/week in London office, but this can be flexible.
