Senior Azure Dev Ops Engineer Central London (1/2 days per week in the office) Up to 95,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with one of London's most exciting and rapidly growing fintech organisations as they continue to invest heavily in their cloud and platform engineering capabilities.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and highly automated cloud platforms that support critical business applications and services. As the company continues to grow, they're looking for a Senior Azure Dev Ops Engineer to help drive automation, modernise infrastructure, and shape the future of their Azure platform.

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure infrastructure using Terraform with an Infrastructure-as-Code first approach
• Managing and scaling Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments across multiple environments
• Building, optimising, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
• Automating operational processes and deployments using Power Shell and scripting best practices
• Working closely with development teams to improve deployment efficiency, platform reliability, and developer experience
• Implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to improve platform performance and availability
• Driving cloud governance, security, and operational best practices across the Azure estate

• Proven experience in a Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or SRE role
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Commercial experience managing Kubernetes environments (AKS preferred)
• Expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong Azure Dev Ops experience, including CI/CD pipeline automation
• Experience scripting with Power Shell
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and automation principles
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
