• Help clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace transformation with Copilot and agents, working with account teams to shape, sell, and coordinate delivery of propositions that address client challenges.
• Develop pragmatic, deliverable, and sustainable Copilot solutions and roadmaps that enable clients to meet their business needs and maximize the value of their Microsoft investments.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of future‑focused workplace and organization transformation propositions and solutions.
• Support the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
• Assist senior team members with sales efforts, including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
• Deliver sales presentations to clients and respond to RFPs.
• Use client‑facing experience to build positive project relationships, run workshops, and guide clients to success.
• Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
• Lead a team of experts to collaborate and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
• Share best practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility with the global Avanade team.

• Significant experience architecting and supporting sales of Copilot solutions.
• Deep knowledge of workplace content and knowledge management strategy, security, and governance underpinned by M365.
• End‑to‑end solution‑design accountability and a track record of $1M+ digital transformation deals with demonstrable innovation and value creation.
• Expertise in developing and transforming content‑based solutions for information workers, including information architecture, content migration, governance, control, and use of enterprise workflow and business process automation tools.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot, including understanding of underlying technology, prompts, agents, implementation, and governance.
• Expertise in Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Platform products.
• Experience with low‑ and pro‑code extensibility models of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Strong business analysis and requirements‑gathering skills.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
