Hybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 days at home.

My client is a fast‑expanding IT services company looking for a proven 3rd Line Support Engineer with extensive experience in MSP environments. The role requires a broad technical skill set across Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Azure AD, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper‑V, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, networking, WAN, wireless, routers, and switches.

• Work proactively as part of the escalation (3rd line) support team to resolve complex customer issues.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and timely resolution.
• Operate autonomously while collaborating with team members and other support tiers.
• Continue to develop technical skills and contribute to the knowledge base.

• Solid background in a fast‑paced MSP environment.
• Strong technical foundation including Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Azure AD, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper‑V, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and networking.
• Customer‑first mindset with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and self‑motivated with a genuine interest in technology.
