Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Software Engineer - St Lukes

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

• We require strong experience delivering full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and AX implementations across multiple industry sectors.
• We require advanced development experience using X within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environments.
• We require a strong understanding of D365FO
  frameworks including Sys Operations, Form Letter, Number Sequence, Address Book, Dimensions, and Process Automation.
• We require experience designing scalable integration solutions across Azure services and the wider Microsoft technology stack.
• We require a strong understanding of .NET technologies and modern enterprise development practices.
• We require experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git, and the Unified Developer Experience.
• We require hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and source version control.
• We require experience developing ISV solutions and reusable enterprise components.
• We require knowledge of automated testing approaches including the ATL framework.
• We require strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills within enterprise consulting environments.
• We require experience leading, mentoring, and supporting development teams.
• We require familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project delivery practices.
• We require the ability to obtain Security Check clearance.
• We prefer candidates with experience exploring AI, automation, cloud‑based Microsoft services, and modern integration platforms.

• We design and implement scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O customisations and extensions aligned to client requirements.
• We own low‑level technical solution design across end‑to‑end D365FO
  implementations.
• We develop and enhance enterprise ERP solutions using X and Microsoft technologies.
• We design and deliver integration solutions across the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and Power Platform technologies.
• We lead and mentor development teams, supporting best practice engineering standards and delivery quality.
• We collaborate with Functional Consultants, Architects, and client stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
• We support CI/CD implementation, source control management, and modern Dev Ops delivery approaches.
• We contribute to the growth of our wider Microsoft Dynamics capability through knowledge sharing, innovation, and recruitment support.
• We explore emerging technologies including AI, automation, and cloud‑based Microsoft services to enhance client solutions.

We offer a salary of £70,000 to £80,000 per annum plus benefits, perks, and healthcare options.

You will work on complex, high‑impact projects for clients across the UK while collaborating with experienced Microsoft specialists and exploring emerging technologies including AI, cloud, and modern integration platforms.
