Salary range: £34,359 - £44,235 per annum, negotiable based on experience.

Contract type:
Permanent.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate, high-quality asset and compliance data supports the Directorate’s decisions, investments and services.
  • Improve the quality of asset and compliance data and support the development of housing IT systems.
  • Ensure performance information is accurate, useful to service teams and clearly communicated.
  • Support user training, deliver technical guidance, and troubleshoot data or system issues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for system and data queries, ensuring housing data systems run efficiently and are user-friendly.
  • Identify opportunities for digital innovation and data-led solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Participate in benchmarking exercises to compare performance and data quality with peers and national standards.
  • Contribute to the Asset Data Strategy and broader policies and strategies for data management and future investment planning.
Qualifications
  • Proven problem-solver with experience co‑developing and implementing solutions with stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator able to present complex data to non‑specialists and the public clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of data quality standards, data governance, security, and audit requirements, including GDPR and ICT security.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools, Excel, databases, or housing‑related systems.
  • Understanding of relevant health, safety and housing legislation is useful.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism when handling personal or politically sensitive data.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience in data, systems or business analysis.
