Location: City Of London
Salary: £38,845 - 43,162 per year
Requirements- IT support or service desk experience
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 support experience
- Basic networking troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ITIL ticketing systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Desirable:
Power Shell, SQL, Citrix, Windows Server
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows devices, servers, printers, and networks
- Manage incidents and requests through ITIL ticketing systems
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, and Azure
- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
- Support system changes, moves, and occasional out-of-hours cover
