Are you an experienced Applications Support Engineer or Technical Systems Analyst looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

In this broad 3rd Line Applications Support role at a leading law firm in London, you will be supporting a range of business‑critical legal and enterprise applications while contributing to upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement projects.

What you'll need:

Experience supporting multiple business or legal applications within a professional services environment
Knowledge of platforms such as iManage Cloud, Elite 3E, Intapp, Big Hand, Inter Action or similar
Experience administering SaaS/cloud applications
Understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows
Strong troubleshooting and 3rd Line support experience
Security awareness or application security experience is advantageous

The role:

3rd Line support across a varied application estate
Support application upgrades, implementations and integrations
Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Data and Project teams
Drive service improvements and system reliability
