Domain Architect - Integration; FTC

Sitting within our Architecture function, this role plays a critical part in defining the strategy and target architecture for enterprise integration capabilities.

You’ll work at pace across a complex landscape, partnering with Product, Engineering and Business leaders to simplify, modernise and drive long-term value.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong enterprise architecture skills and integration expertise with the ability to influence at senior level and bring others on the journey.

• Define and drive the enterprise integration architecture strategy and target-state roadmap.

• Ensure secure, scalable integration solutions aligned to enterprise standards and governance.

• Simplify and modernise the technology landscape, optimising cost, reuse and operational efficiency.

• Align product, engineering and delivery roadmaps with strategic architecture direction.

• Lead architecture governance, establish best practices and influence key technology decisions.

• Experienced Enterprise Architect with 10+ years leading architecture in complex organisations.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels.

• Strategic and outcome-focused, translating business priorities into practical architecture outcomes.

• Deep expertise in enterprise integration, APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices, cloud platforms and security standards.
