Data School Data Analyst​/Consultant

The Information Lab has a simple mission: to help people make sense of data. We believe that companies which use data well will have better futures than those that don’t and have been helping clients such as PwC, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Virgin Atlantic, and UBS do so by specialising in the leading products for data visualisation and data integration – Tableau and Alteryx – since 2011.

As a consultant of The Data School, you will receive intensive training over 4 months in our Data School located near St. Paul’s Cathedral, learning about data and technology from experts in Tableau and Alteryx. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your new skills with major clients in the UK during placements.

We don’t just teach technology for technology’s sake. With support from coaches and the wider team, you will learn broader skills about storing, managing, presenting data, and personal skills to boost confidence as a consultant, in an inclusive and collaborative environment.

• Contract: 28 month fixed term
• Salary: £35k during training and placements 1 and 2, rising to £40k per year for the remaining time
• Holiday: 25 days paid leave

We typically recruit 8 people every 2 months. Successful applicants will be offered a 28 month fixed term contract within The Information Lab with a starting salary of £35,000 per year (rising to £40,000 per year). We can only accept applicants who have a right to work in the UK.
