Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented "doer" to become the operational engine of our measurement framework. This position is for an orchestrator who thrives on making complex test & learn projects happen, planning, leading and unifying the cross‑channel delivery of testing solutions to improve channel effectiveness. Working between Media Channel Leads and Analytics specialists, you will ensure that Marketing Mix Models (MMM) are fed with the right data and that Test & Learn ideas are translated into rigorous, actionable experiments.
You will be the guardian of "what works," ensuring every lesson is recorded and applied to future media output.
- MMM Operations & Data Stewardship
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all data sharing and queries from MMM partners.
- Manage the timely gathering, cleaning and formatting of media spend, delivery and performance data for our econometric models.
- Ensure all shared data is accurately formatted and reflects real media activity across all platforms.
- Assist in interpreting model results and translate statistical outputs into clear narratives about channel performance and growth opportunities.
- Act as the daily contact for our econometrics agency, managing their workflow and ensuring alignment with briefs.
- Technical Translation
- Collaborate with strategists and analysts to translate ambitious ideas from Channel Leads into technical briefs for specialists.
- Initiative Support
- Design and set up cross‑channel Test & Learn initiatives such as A/B testing, Meta/Google Lift studies and regional Geo‑tests across owned and paid media.
- Backlog Prioritisation
- Own the deployment of the measurement roadmap and prioritize tests or model updates based on the media calendar and business priorities.
- The "Knowledge Bank"
- Maintain the central Test & Learn Log and document every outcome to ensure lessons are retained and used to programme future media plans.
- Multi‑channel knowledge – proven experience working across multiple media channels.
- Measurement Frameworks – proven experience with Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi‑Touch Attribution and Incrementality Testing.
- Vendor Management – experience managing relationships with third‑party measurement partners.
- "Translator" Mindset – strong grasp of marketing measurement fundamentals (significance, incrementality, coefficients) and the ability to communicate with media planners.
- Operational Grit – you are a "doer" who will dive into spend files to ensure 100% data accuracy before analysts receive them.
- Project Management Skills – highly organised, capable of managing multiple work streams across teams with competing deadlines.
- Experience – demonstrable work within a media business, either agency (Data/Analytics/Planning/Transformation) or an in‑house effectiveness operations role; ideally with both paid and owned media and an understanding of their measurement nuances.
