Marks & Spencer is seeking a Demand & Forecast Analyst to join the Central Store Operations team. You will develop store resource plans, forecasts, and scheduling models, using data-driven insights to support transformation across retail operations.
You will collaborate with store and central teams, optimise My Schedule configurations, and deliver MI reports for informed decision-making. This fixed-term secondment runs 12-18 months.
