This is a unique opportunity for a Tech Lead to shape and scale emerging technologies - from early Proof of Concept through to production - within a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

You'll lead end-to-end design across software, data platforms, and AI systems, while providing independent technical assurance to ensure solutions are secure, ethical, and fit for purpose. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you'll drive innovation in areas like Dev Ops, platform engineering, and MLOps - balancing experimentation with governance and risk.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading architecture, design, and delivery of digital & AI solutions
• Driving innovation across AI, analytics, and emerging tech
• Owning technical, data, and AI assurance across the lifecycle
