Lush is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Loyalty Lead to drive the global loyalty strategy, optimise campaigns, and localise the Lush Club rewards across markets. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will work with regional leads to deliver impact.
Hybrid London-based role on a 13–14 month fixed-term contract. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and translate data insights into compelling global promotions that delight customers.
