Location: City Of London
Acora is seeking a Deskside Support Analyst for a full-time fixed-term contract based in London. You will work on-site at the client’s office, delivering high-quality IT support and exceptional service to end users.
You will handle deskside support, hardware and software issues, and collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and network teams. The role includes 38.75 hours per week and a shift pattern; on-site only with no WFH option.
