Hireful in Central London is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to combine strategic project delivery with hands-on operational support within the E-Channel team, driving improvements to digital banking services and customer journeys.
You will gather requirements, translate them into Epics and User Stories, support UAT and documentation, and provide day-to-day operational support while collaborating across technical and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
