Salary: £100,000 + Private healthcare + other benefits

Location:

Hybrid, 1 x a week in London.

This role will see you joining a large, growing, multidisciplinary consultancy operating across the UK and internationally, delivering professional services to a diverse client base. With a growing focus on artificial intelligence, they are establishing a dedicated AI function to help shape how AI is adopted, governed, and applied across the business.

• Experience developing and delivering AI strategy.
• Knowledge of the latest AI tools and be able to apply the right tool in the business.
• Experience with Chat GPT & Copilot, and other AI tools such as Claude.
• The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across both technical and non-technical functions.
• Experience building business cases, evaluating technology options, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Understanding of AI governance, risk, security, and responsible adoption practices.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide specialist technical teams while maintaining a business‑first focus.
• Experience managing AI engineers who will be hands‑on building AI tools and solutions.

• Experience leading AI adoption programmes at enterprise scale.
• Data, analytics, or digital transformation leadership experience.
