Location: City Of London
Hastings Direct is seeking a Quality Assurance Insights and Improvement Lead to drive data-backed QA, governance and analytics across the business. You will own QA insights, standards and reporting, partnering with Technology, Data and Change teams to improve assurance coverage and customer outcomes.
Hybrid role across London/Bexhill/Leicester with a focus on risk-based assurance, automation opportunities and advanced analytics to support senior stakeholders and the Head of Customer Assurance.
