Overview
Infrastructure Solution Architect - 6-month contract - SC Cleared - London/remote
Our customer is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Solution Architect to join a major infrastructure transformation programme. You will be responsible for designing and delivering infrastructure solutions that support data centre migrations, application transitions and broader technology change projects.
Responsibilities- Design infrastructure solutions for transformation and migration projects.
- Produce solution designs and technical documentation.
- Support data centre and application migrations.
- Identify and manage technical risks, issues and dependencies.
- Work closely with project teams and third-party suppliers.
- Provide technical oversight throughout project delivery.
- Support transition activities, including legacy infrastructure decommissioning.
- Active SC Clearance.
- Experience working in Critical National Infrastructure environments.
- Previous experience as an Infrastructure Solution Architect or Infrastructure Designer.
- Strong background in infrastructure, data centre and application migrations.
- Experience producing solution designs and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies and secure network architecture, including DMZ environments.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6-month contract. Onsite required in London 50% of the time; other time remote.
