London Hybrid (Flexible Office Attendance) – Up to 95,000 + Generous Non-Contributory Pension + Excellent Holiday – 2-Year Fixed Term Contract

We're supporting an organisation embarking on a significant technology transformation and are looking for an experienced Head of IT Service Improvement to join on a two-year fixed‑term contract.

Reporting to the Director of Information Services, you'll act as a trusted delivery partner, leading a portfolio of strategic IT service improvement initiatives that strengthen operational resilience, improve service maturity and support long-term technology transformation.

• ITIL 4 and IT Service Management improvement
• Cyber Security enhancement
• IT Disaster Recovery and Operational Resilience
• Supplier rationalisation and MSP transition
• Service governance and continual improvement
• Target Operating Model development
• Infrastructure and technology modernisation

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll bring structure, pace and hands‑on delivery to complex change programmes while ensuring improvements are embedded and deliver lasting value.

We're looking for someone with experience delivering large-scale IT service improvement and transformation programmes, including:

• IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Infrastructure transformation
• Cyber Security
• Disaster Recovery
• Supplier and vendor management
• IT operating model or service improvement initiatives
• Executive stakeholder management
• Delivery within complex or regulated environments

You’ll be equally comfortable challenging constructively, influencing senior stakeholders and rolling your sleeves up to drive delivery.
