We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise environment. You will take ownership of the full hardware lifecycle—from procurement and deployment to refresh and e‑waste—for assets including PCs, iPhones, and iPads. The primary focus of this role is maintaining a highly accurate Service Now CMDB and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.

• Full Lifecycle Management:
  Manage hardware from procurement tracking and receiving to tagging, deployment, refresh cycles, and certified e‑waste disposal.
• CMDB Data Integrity:
  Maintain and reconcile asset records across Service Now CMDB, Flexera, and active discovery tools to ensure audit readiness.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with department heads and business owners to drive compliance, enforce asset policies, and recover aging hardware smoothly.
• Procurement & Financial Tracking:
  Monitor purchase orders, vendor deliveries, warranties, EOL/EOS timelines, and contract terms.
• Reporting & Data Analysis:
  Use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to track deployment trends, analyze inventory variances, and generate compliance reports.

• Experience:
  
  Good years in IT Hardware Asset Management or IT Service Transition within an enterprise setting.
• Communication & EQ:
  Strong ability to articulate asset processes clearly and influence business stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
• Service Now CMDB:
  Solid experience updating asset states, managing queues, and resolving data discrepancies.
• Lifecycle Expertise:
  Clear, end-to-end understanding of the hardware lifecycle from dock to disposal.
• Excel
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and multi-source data reconciliation.

• Exposure to Flexera, SCCM, Intune, or Nexthink.
• ITIL, IAITAM, or COBIT certifications.
