Role Overview
As a Cyber‑Transformation Roadmap Delivery Officer, you will support the Global Corporate Information Security (GISEC) Team in executing the Chanel‑wide transformation roadmap, ensuring efficient delivery of projects and run activities.
Responsibilities- Maintain project/run activity dashboards, KPIs, governance materials, and documentation to provide accurate project visibility.
- Coordinate with project leads to standardise data and reporting processes.
- Participate in workshops and governance meetings.
- Support project/run activity planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Track actions progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies with key stakeholders from global and local teams.
- Contribute to project/run activity data analysis, reporting and quality assurance.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline tracking and reporting.
- Support onboarding of new team members and socialise transformation artefacts across the GISEC community.
- Provide ad‑hoc PMO and operational assistance across evolving transformation priorities.
- SAIA – simplifying and automating security assessments for applications.
- PCI‑DSS remediation – overseeing remediation of a key global application.
- Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) Governance – implementing new DLP controls, reviewing metrics and incidents.
- Transformation & GISEC Portfolio Management – providing up‑to‑date insights to management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Project Management, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of information security principles, concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of project management appreciated.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, multitask and organise work in a timely manner.
- Self‑motivation to drive projects to a high standard proactively.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanour and ability to communicate concisely with functional and technical experts.
- Capacity to work autonomously when required.
- Customer‑oriented communication in English;
French is a plus.
- Hands‑on experience in a real‑world IT environment.
