Additional Resources is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract to lead Jira Service Management delivery within a live biotech transformation program. Hybrid/remote options are available, with a day rate of £450–£600.
You will work with technical teams and stakeholders to design workflows, map processes, and create training materials while ensuring API integrations with Hub Spot and other systems align with ITSM practices.
