Product Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you will:

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, leveraging tools such as Jira, Trello, and Miro to enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Take on Product Owner responsibilities, steering the product vision and aligning it with organisational goals.
• Manage sprints and ensure the successful delivery of digital and offline testing products in software and non-software environments.
• Facilitate in-person and remote workshops to foster innovation and clarity.
• Collaborate across disciplines, managing product development within budget and time constraints.
• Apply strategic frameworks like OKRs to set and achieve clear, impactful objectives.

• Proven experience in a product owner or delivery-focused roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address delivery challenges and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Resilience and adaptability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build and influence relationships across all levels.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to align product and delivery efforts with organisational objectives.

• A strong desire to balance product strategy, Agile facilitation, and team management while driving measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
• Collaboration skills to manage the dual-track nature of Scrum Master and Product Owner responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
