We are partnering with a global technology consulting leader to recruit an experienced Service Now Technical Architect Senior Manager. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading Service Now practice delivering complex digital transformation programmes for some of the world's largest enterprise organisations.

As a senior technical leader, you will shape solution architecture, provide strategic technical direction, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while leading high-performing delivery teams.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving the technical success of large-scale Service Now programmes, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with both business objectives and platform best practices.
