Lead UX Designer

Leading UK Membership organisation with a reputation for excellence and invocation, urgently require a Talented Lead UX Designer to help them with a key Digital Transformation on the customer journey
Your role will involve:
- Creating, designing, documenting & communicating the digital design system in Figma and associated design tools
- Establishing an automated Design Ops process with an AI toolset for seamless handoff between design, product and engineering teams.
- Oversee the redesign of core Membership acquisition journeys and paywalled services.
To be Considered
- You will be an experienced Digital UX Designer (ideally with membership organisation experience)
- Experience in key digital design using Figma
- Experience in Automation and AI
- Redesign of membership acquisition/customer journeys
