You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand challenges and design secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of PAM initiatives—from strategy and architecture through to implementation and adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Drive measurable security and business outcomes by combining deep technical expertise with strong consulting and leadership skills.
  • Operate in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment, managing competing priorities and turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth of the PAM capability, supporting innovation, new initiatives, and go‑to‑market development.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Governance (IAG) concepts and experience delivering end‑to‑end implementations.
  • Hands‑on experience with leading IAG platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong delivery and organisational skills, including managing risks, dependencies, and complex work streams.
  • Experience producing IAM governance and operational documentation (e.g. operating models, runbooks, DR plans).
Desirable Skills
  • IAM/IGA platform certifications.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT).
  • Exposure to identity infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory), reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), or cloud integrations.
  • Experience onboarding applications or cloud platforms into IAM/IGA solutions.
  • Consulting mindset, with ability to support proposals and engage stakeholders across delivery and business teams.
  • Willingness to work in client‑facing environments, including onsite where needed.
Benefits

The role offers a competitive basic salary and an extensive benefits package, including 30 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance, and three extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice.
