Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a values-led bank in the City of London to recruit an HRIS Analyst for the HR Technology team. You will drive the development and ongoing management of the HR systems landscape, including Workday, iTrent and Cornerstone, with a strong emphasis on analytics and reporting.
You will gather requirements, configure modules, and deploy improvements across the HR tech stack, while ensuring data privacy and integration with stakeholders across HR, payroll and IT.
