Adapro Talent Partners is partnering with a London-based technology consultancy to recruit an IT Service Desk Team Leader on a permanent basis. The role focuses on prompt IT ticket resolution, distributing tickets to engineers, and maintaining client updates as a central hub for support requests.
The ideal candidate will lead a 6-strong 1st line team, escalate when needed, and drive incident handling and KPI reporting to ensure high-quality service and timely responses.
