The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model.
KPMG are growing their Powered Apps team to meet an ever-increasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking IT management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.
What you need to do:
- Delivery track record in one or multiple Oracle EPM products such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close implementations (Oracle FCC), PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS who can leverage business and technology-based solutions to deliver outcomes for our clients.
- System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy and management.
- Prior consulting experience on delivery Oracle EPM for customer across different industries is a preferred requirement
- An understanding of Financial Services Organisation’s Target Operating Model, Process & Controls, Organisation Design, Change Management and Business Readiness is good to have.

Functional skills:
- An understanding of the planning core concepts, or statutory close and consolidation process.
- Experience of different industry sectors (e.g. Higher Education, Retail, Insurance, Local Government etc.).
- Experience of end to end implementation Oracle EPM products
- implementations including Oracle EPRCS (Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service) (Must have).
- Expertise with the technical design and solution configuration on large scale Oracle Finance Transformation programmed in the EPM space.
- Proven expertise in review of functional and technical designs against business requirements and provide challenges where relevant.
- Exposure to Chart of Accounts & Data Model Design.
- Exposure to the EPM lifecycle including planning, budgeting and forecasting, enterprise wide KPI & reporting framework, profitability/cost analysis and experience with other EPM technologies would be desirable.
- Exposure to other EPM products such as EDMCS, ARCS, will be nice to have.
- Experience in Key finance and accounting processes that includes general accounting and corporate consolidation, financial planning and analysis, accounts payables and receivable, fixed assets, and Management Reporting is good to have.
- Broad knowledge of other Oracle Cloud product sets like ERP, SCM, HCM and Payroll solutions.
