Salesforce Administrator / Rev Ops Executive - London/Hybrid

We're partnering with a growing business looking for aSalesforce Administrator / Rev Ops Executive to help optimise their commercial systems and support the day-to-day success of their revenue teams.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce environment, supporting commercial teams, and ensuring CRM processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Salesforce administration and backend configuration
• Building and maintaining Screen Flows and automations
• Creating and updating Validation Rules and Object Relationships
• Supporting integrations and data management processes
• Maintaining high standards of data quality and CRM hygiene
• Developing reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Gathering requirements from commercial stakeholders and translating them into practical Salesforce solutions
• Troubleshooting issues, managing tickets, and driving continuous platform improvements
