This would be well suited to a user-centred, strategic UX Designer who can confidently lead the entire design lifecycle, from understanding user needs through research to delivering polished experiences ready for development.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into thoughtful, usable experiences
  • Plan and conduct light-to-moderate user research (e.g. user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to validate assumptions and improve designs
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that are both functional and beautiful
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ship high-quality features
  • Iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and team input
  • Contribute to and leverage design systems and style guides to maintain consistency
  • Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibility
  • Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and teammates

  • Excellent knowledge of the iGaming industry
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and end-to-end project work
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD
  • Working knowledge of user research methods and usability testing practices
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A track record of using data/analytics to influence designs
  • A superior personal character and work ethic
  • A/B testing experience is a bonus
