IT Customer Service Representative (L2/L3 Support)

We're looking for an experienced IT Customer Service Representative with strong Level 2 and Level 3 IT and AV troubleshooting skills to support critical IT services and production systems.

Location: London, full-time onsite.
Contract: Until 21st June 2027.
Hours: Full-time

• Provide L2/L3 support across IT and AV environments.
• Manage and resolve incidents, issues, and service outages.
• Investigate technical problems and restore services efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer support and clear stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share knowledge and support team success through active collaboration.

• Proven experience in L2/L3 IT Support

• Strong IT and AV troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
