WDC UK in London is seeking an IT Customer Service Representative to deliver Level 2/3 IT and AV support for critical services and production systems. This is a full-time, onsite role with a contract running until 21 June 2027.
You will manage incidents, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. You will collaborate across multiple teams to ensure reliable service delivery, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of IT operations.
