1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants My client is seeking a proactive and skilled 3rd Line Network Support Engineer with Juniper experience to join their established technical team. In this role, you will provide operational support for complex enterprise network environments, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. This role is based in London and the salary ranges between £55K - £60K + 10% Bonus + 10% DV Bonus.

This role requires SC and DV Clearance, so you will need to be eligible to apply for this role.

• Provide 3rd Line support for network infrastructure and hosted applications
• Manage, monitor, and maintain the network infrastructure across multiple sites
• Conduct routine patch management, upgrades, and system maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support projects
• Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues

• Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale networks
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Citrix App Delivery Controller (Netscaler)
• Solid understanding of network performance, security, and diagnostics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
