Break into the ultimate Strategy & Biz Ops role driving digital media across Europe.

Acting as an internal management consultant for a powerhouse video platform, you'll own the numbers and narrative behind market strategies in the UK, Germany, and France. Instead of back-office reporting, you will turn massive datasets into executive directives, shape creator monetization frameworks, and counter major market competitors.

• Market Strategy:
  Analyze multi-format content trends (Shorts, Live, Long-form), revenue shifts, and platform competition across Tier-1 EMEA markets.

• Ecosystem Health:
  Track creator lifecycle health, retention, and content vertical growth.

• Data-to-Action:
  Build live frameworks and tools that direct-line teams use to scale creator partnerships and allocate capital.

• Executive Storytelling:
  Pitch sharp, high-impact strategies straight to executive leadership.

• Advanced SQL:
  You write complex queries, window functions, and CTEs from scratch effortlessly-no basic spreadsheet crunchers here.

• Dashboarding Mastery:
  Proven track record building interactive Looker/Tableau dashboards for VP-level eyes.

• Strategic Instincts: A track record in Tier-1/2 Management Consulting, Big Tech Biz Ops, or Streaming Analytics, equipped with top-tier problem-solving skills.

• Bonus:
