Our Professional Services team is a diverse, collaborative, and client-focused group dedicated to delivering high-impact implementations of Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions products across multiple industries and regions. We bring together professionals with a wide range of technical expertise and consultative skills. With a strong presence across LATAM, including Mexico and Colombia, our team plays a key role in supporting the growing demand for Spanish-language markets.

In this role, you will provide technical consulting and integration expertise to support clients implementing Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions products. You will work closely with clients, Sales, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver implementations, and drive successful outcomes while ensuring a strong customer experience.

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across multiple industries
• Share product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples to support successful client implementations
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them efficiently
• Own communication with Sales and clients through to resolution
• Support installation, implementation, and configuration activities while maintaining project plans
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and 3rd-level XML support
• Contribute to team initiatives, mentoring, and continuous improvement efforts

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Strong consultative skills, including active listening and collaboration
• Experience resolving client issues using data quality concepts and tools
• Previous consulting experience and fluent English
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle/Postgree), SOAP/JSON web services and XML
• Familiarity with programming, technical documentation, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologies
