Inta People is seeking an IT Support Operator in London on a 1 month rolling contract. The role is hands-on 1st line support within a busy IT Service Desk, handling day-to-day technical issues and keeping tickets moving.
You will troubleshoot hardware, software and account issues, support Windows 11 and Android devices, manage incidents in the ITSM system, and escalate complex problems to specialist teams. The role is hybrid with 40% office time at our London office.
