• We require a solid track record of delivering technical or software development projects within a financial or regulated environment.
• We require proven experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• We require a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including applications in an Agile context.
• We require experience using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Desirable: experience in data management, including data journeys, analysis, integration and migration.
• Desirable: experience applying Agile methodologies in Waterfall environments.
• Desirable:
  Agile or Dev Ops certification for delivery.
• Desirable: project management experience, including resource and time management.

We are recruiting for a seasoned SC Cleared Business Analyst to join our London-based team on a hybrid, inside IR35 assignment. Our role focuses on IT change delivery within a financial or regulated environment, working closely with Solution and Data Architects to support alignment with our strategy, standards and roadmaps. We offer an opportunity to contribute to technically challenging projects in an Agile environment, with the added benefit of joining a team supporting high-priority change initiatives.
