Requirements- Strong Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022 administration experience
- VMware vSphere, ESXi, or vCenter management experience
- Relevant networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting experience
- Backup and recovery technologies experience
- Power Shell scripting and automation experience
- Ability to commute to our London office on a hybrid basis
- Deliver 3rd line infrastructure support across our business
- Provision, administer, and support Windows Server environments
- Administer our VMware infrastructure, including virtual machines and storage capacity management
- Monitor infrastructure performance, investigate alerts, and resolve incidents
- Apply OS patches, remediate vulnerabilities, and manage antivirus protection
- Monitor backups, perform restore testing, and support disaster recovery activities
- Manage user access, server certificates, and core infrastructure services
- Implement approved infrastructure changes and maintain technical documentation
- Develop Power Shell scripts and automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency
