As our Data Integration Specialist, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for all data-related projects, ensuring seamless data flows between Hub Spot and various client systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions that align with our clients' business processes and objectives.

Your day-to-day activities will focus on solving complex data challenges. You will architect and implement data integration solutions, working closely with our implementation teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery. This includes analysing client data structures, designing migration strategies, and building scalable integration solutions.

You will lead technical aspects of data projects including: mapping data between different systems, creating and optimising ETL processes, implementing data validation rules, and developing custom integration solutions when needed. Additionally, you will establish best practices for data quality and maintain documentation for all integration processes.

You should have deep expertise in data integration technologies and methodologies. This includes proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, Python, or PHP, and extensive experience working with APIs. Understanding of database systems (both SQL and No

SQL) is essential, as is experience with ETL processes and data transformation techniques.

• 3+ years of experience in data integration or similar technical roles
• Strong programming skills with demonstrated experience in API development
• Deep understanding of database systems and data modeling
• Experience with ETL processes and data migration projects
• Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Hub Spot-Specific Knowledge (desirable but not essential):

• Thorough understanding of Hub Spot's architecture and object model
• Experience with Hub Spot's APIs and integration capabilities
• Knowledge of Hub Spot's limitations and best practices
• Understanding of Hub Spot workflows and automation features
• Familiarity with custom object creation and management

Strong communication abilities are essential as you will need to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. You should be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
