Location: City of Westminster
Strava is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to cover a 12-14 month contract for its London-based team. You’ll own the retention CRM program, shaping strategy and outcomes with established workflows while working on-site three days a week.
You’ll collaborate with a global team and manage multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging. The role requires leading A/B tests, reporting on KPI impact, and partnering with Product and Data teams to align CRM with releases.
