You'll be responsible for designing and delivering Service Now solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences, working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and automation specialists to drive innovation across customer platforms.
Their ideal candidate would be experienced in:
• Service Now Architecture & Solution Design
• ITSM, ITOM, HRSD
• Service Now Integrations & Custom Applications
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Service Now CAD/CIS Certifications (preferred)
