Service Management Training Delivery Specialist (12 Month Contract)
Location: Ideally London, will consider Gloucestershire Employment Type: Contract (inside IR35)
Clearance Required: Enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV)
We're looking for a Service Management Training Delivery Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate a comprehensive training programme supporting the rollout of new Service Management processes and tooling across a user base of 5,000+.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role. You'll work across the full training lifecycle - from needs analysis and curriculum design through to live delivery and post-course evaluation - tailoring your approach from simple self-serve documentation to full in-person, instructor-led sessions depending on what each team needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Needs Analysis - Consult with managers and stakeholders to identify training gaps arising from new processes or software.
Design Curriculum - Build training frameworks, lesson plans, user guides, and digital learning assets tailored to diverse business audiences.
Deliver Training - Facilitate engaging instructor-led workshops, webinars, and hands-on system simulations across multiple business functions.
Support System Rollouts - Provide dedicated, high-touch support during critical go-live windows to accelerate user adoption.
Evaluate Effectiveness - Measure training success through post-course assessments and feedback surveys, refining materials continuously.
Maintain Documentation - Keep user manuals, knowledge base articles, and video libraries current as project scope and features evolve.
Administer the LMS - Upload, track, and report on training completion metrics within the Learning Management System.
What You'll Bring Essential:Deep familiarity with Service Management tools and processes.
Excellent presentation, classroom management, and cross-functional communication skills.
Exceptional adaptability to changing project timelines, with a patient, user-focused mindset.
Desirable:Prior experience supporting large-scale Service Management system rollouts.
Proficiency with client-standard training tools.
Strong understanding of client standard methodologies and processes.
High self-motivation, with the ability to translate technical jargon into simple, accessible concepts.
Security ClearanceDue to the nature of this role, all candidates must hold, Enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV) clearance
