Location: City Of London
Senior Migration Tester | London | £500/d INSIDE IR35 | Insurance | 6 Month Contract | Application Migration | System Migration | Hybrid
Our client is seeking a Senior Migration Tester / Engineer to join a system migration project.
In this role you will has a specific focus on providing hands on test expertise for application migration projects.
The role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a hands-on understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices and tooling.
Essential experience required:- Proven experience in software testing including test planning, execution and defect management
- Detailed knowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD such as Azure Dev Ops and Jenkins, particularly in supporting integration pipelines and repeatable validation.
- Proven experience application and data migration
- Previous experience within Insurance is desirable
- ISTQB Qualification - essential
- Excellent communication & stakeholder skills
- Minimum bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required with emphasis in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems Management.
- ISTQB Certification or other industry recognised qualifications
