Location: City of Westminster

Develop and implement comprehensive commercial and market strategies for SS&C's digital asset products and services, aligned with overall company objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification within the digital asset and blockchain ecosystem.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances in the digital assets sector.
Collaborate with product development, technology, legal, and compliance teams to define product roadmaps and ensure regulatory adherence for digital asset offerings.
Lead the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, and messaging for new digital asset products and features.
Engage with key clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on digital asset solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior management, clients, and external partners on digital asset strategies and performance.
Monitor and analyze market performance, customer adoption, and financial metrics related to digital asset initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes, technological advancements, and industry best practices in digital assets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial strategy, market development, or product management within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on digital assets, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
Demonstrable understanding of various digital asset types (e.g., stable coins, tokenized securities) and their underlying technologies.
Detailed knowledge of the mutual funds industry across the value chain.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies and bringing new products to market.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Familiarity with financial regulations pertaining to digital assets (e.g., MiCA, DORA, SEC guidance) is a significant advantage.
Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
