Lead the design, engineering, delivery and ownership of EMEA Risk Management Technology capabilities, with an initial focus on Credit Risk, Operational Risk and other Non-Financial Risk types. Translate Risk Management requirements into modern, secure and scalable technology and data solutions, delivered in accordance with relevant regulations, internal policies, Dev Sec Ops  standards and Agile principles.

The anticipated salary range for this role is £108,000 - £162,000 with the final offer determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, role scope, location, and relevant market factors. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award and a competitive benefits package, including core benefits such as pension provision.

This is a senior Technology Management and Engineering Leadership position within the EMEA Risk Management Technology team, part of the wider Cross-Product Platforms IT function under the EMEA CIO.

The role requires a mature Risk Technology professional with an understanding of corporate and investment banking products, processes and risk management disciplines, together with a hands-on track record of designing and implementing modern technology and data solutions.

The role works collaboratively with EMEA Risk Management, Credit, Front Office, Data Management, Technology teams and third-party vendors, while playing an active leadership role within the EMEA Cross-Product Platforms Technology organisation.
