Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Application Manager / Delivery Lead
Salary: £95,000 – £100,000
Location: North of London (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week onsite)
Work Type: Permanent

With an already successful track record across enterprise platforms, the business is now building out a high‑impact ERP function to support growing project demand. You’ll step into a critical, business‑facing role where you will take ownership of live environments, shape delivery, and play a key part in stabilising and driving forward key programmes.

- Own and manage live, business‑critical Business Central cloud environments
- Lead BAU operations while driving continuous improvement and change delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact across both functional and technical areas
- Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring delivery quality and timelines
- Engage directly with stakeholders to resolve issues and shape solutions
- Take accountability for stabilising and progressing key ERP projects
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (cloud)
- Proven background in a techno‑functional or delivery leadership role
- Experience managing live environments and BAU support models
- Strong stakeholder and client‑facing communication skills
- Experience with in Warehousing and Manufacturing environments
- Ability to lead teams and drive outcomes in fast‑paced settings
